With a strong background in Business Law and International Arbitration, Daniel has built his career advising clients on corporate and investment operations, both nationally and internationally. He has also served as a Legal Arbitrator in business dispute resolutions across various markets.

Throughout his career, he has spearheaded multiple business ventures in the fields of law, culture, and medicine. Currently, he leads his own law firm in Madrid, specializing in advising foreign investors in Spain, with a particular focus on LATAM and, specifically, Mexico.

Daniel is a member of prestigious legal and business organizations, including the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM), the Spanish Arbitration Club (CEA), the Spanish Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and the Spanish Association of Executives (AED). Additionally, he serves as an Arbitrator in the Spanish Arbitration Court, the ICAM Arbitration Court, and the Inter-American Commercial Arbitration Commission (CIAC), maintaining active participation in each.

Furthermore, he is part of several corporate boards of Spanish companies, where he contributes as a member and/or chairman, blending his business vision with his legal expertise.
